I like this a lot. The city looks great, the older appearance always adds a certain mood. Plus, being barefoot, giving the leaning over impression, both symbolic and adds a certain mystery to what comes next and to mindset of the model. Great piece. Thanks

So many stories could be woven from this photograph. Love it. Love that you are on tippy-toes to see all that is stretched out before you! Thank you for sharing your photo-art with PAF!

So beautiful! I love it that your feet are bare. (I got married barefoot, in my church back home in Michigan, and no one but my maid of honor knew I didn't have shoes on. It was our little secret. ;) Wonderful quote too. This is my favorite blogland post today. Thank you for sharing it all! :)

I love your post - it really evokes a feeling. You stop and look at the woman and as a woman you understand the deep feelings and thoughts she looks like she is lost in, and then your eyes go down and you see her standing on her tip toes and sense an anticipation. Really nice - as you can tell, I was drawn in! Happy Friday!

Lovely composition and I like the tiptoes position as if to see beyond something - maybe something within.
Really nice words that go with the whole atmosphere!

Wonderful photo, full of story. I love the bare feet and the lace on the back of the dress...there's something vulnerable in this image. B&W suits it perfectly.

You have to be happy with how this selfie turned out. It is awesome. The dress, the landscape, and the feet up on tip toes all make for a grand capture. genie

Hi Christy,
The elements that strike me in this capture are the composition (dynamic balance), B&W (always love that), and your tiptoe/leaning gesture (this could be inquisitive or ominous). Great combination of ingredients in this shot!
Hope your week is wonderful:)
