Some in black and white...

And some in color...

This last guy sort of caught me taking his picture, but I just kept moving along--that's my style for street photography :)
Other than the day when I got to take these photos above, the weather here has been pretty rainy and miserable. It certainly doesn't feel like late May. I hope the weather where you are is better!

I LOVE each of these! Simple everyday life makes them so special.
Thank you so much for sharing these today at The Creative Exchange.
Have a wonderful Tuesday!

I love the little bits and pieces of New York that you feed us through your street-photography. Always so much going on - we've been having some really lovely weather here which I'm trying to soak up as much as possible knowing full well that last year it was so short-lived (2 weeks!). Hope it warms up soon in New York for you.
love your street photography so much!all these shots have so much going on in them and tell such great stories.
These are awesome! I love the top one, everyone is in line in a way and it looks great!
Tamar - linking up as well with communal global
So awesome! I love those top two images so much. The city is full of characters and these are such perfect backdrops! Love them!
Great shots! I love street photography and envy you your ample opportunities. When shooting on the street, choosing whether folks are moving in or out of the composition always seems to be a big consideration for me. You have many examples here of how that aspect can influence the capture.
love the black and white shots!
I like these very much. There is so much detail in the first shot! Looking at your photos is like sitting in a cafe, people-watching.
I love your street photography work - you're just too good at it. I'm jealous.
I love street photography, too - makes me wish I was much, much better at it!
In the meantime I'll settle for enjoying your spectacular shots, though, U.M.! :)
I love these shots. I'm always too inhibited when it comes to photographing strangers.
Wishing you sunshine to come your way.
These are so gorgeous! I love them all!

I like each one. The shapes and play of the wording in the shop window with the overall image is fun. I think I like the black and white best because it is more graphic.
Love the street photography.
Our weather in Central Wisconsin is just about like yours - - - the sun graces us for a few brief hours here and there, otherwise cool, gray, and more cool and gray.
Thank you for the little tour of NYC - I don't know if I'll ever get there for real :( I'm always too afraid to take photos of people so I applaud you for it!
I love these street shots, especially the b&ws. The variety of people is fascinating -- thanks for giving us a little taste of New York....how I love that city!
These are absolutely great. I'd be too timid to take photos this way -- but I live in Nebraska. ;)
Thanks for sharing at Shutter Sisters. Enjoying your view so much. Would be fun to walk the streets of NYC with you one day.
Best,
Stephanie
