Singing In The Streets

I saw these gentlemen singing on Bleecker Street the other day.  I usually don't stop for this kind of stuff, but they were really good and they were having so much fun I couldn't resist...it made me happy.

On a completely different note---is anyone having trouble with their followers gadget in Blogger?  Mine keeps disappearing and my understanding is that it's a pretty widespread problem.  I have tried it in all the different browsers and it's not there.  Argh Blogger, you've failed me again!!

I hope everyone in the states has a fabulous holiday weekend.  Try to do something that makes you smile.

you have some great shots here!!!
on the other note, yes i have a google follower widget problem as well, it is not showwing any of the amaing people that follow my blog, but I think it is something to do with internet explorer that's what I am using most of the time, but when i've checked my blog on Mozila Firefox the widget is there, strange, but there is always something with explorer

I love the singers! They are spreading joy!
I haven't noticed the follower thing being off. I hope your Memorial Day is awesome!

I love to see street performances, we don't get too many here in the Midwest. Your photos are wonderful and capture the joy of the performers so well.
As to the glitch with the gadget, I haven't noticed a problem. I use Firefox, not sure if that makes a difference.
Have a great weekend!

Love these guys! You really captured some guys that are really spreading some serious joy. Nicely done!
Yesterday I couldn't make any comments on blogs because I couldn't sign in to my account. Ugh! Better today :)

Great street shots. yes...followers are missing...blogger has been really glitchy starting with that big circus a couple weeks back. Earlier this week I couldn't comment. One of the posts I really wanted to comment on was your street photography in front of the storefronts where you were "waiting" for the opportunity. I loved that post.
Blogger will get it together soon I imagine and you're still coming up in my dashboard-so your followers aren't gone, they're just not letting you see them. Happy weekend...take that pooch for a slow walk 'round the block.

Once again you captured people perfectly, I could imagine this in Time magazine. Yeah my followers box keeps disappearing too. If it's any help yours is there right now. :-)

These are such wonderfully "feel-good" photographs, and I love that you chose black and white for them!!

My followers box is missing also. Tried everything, but to no avail :-(
Left a post on the Google help (self-help!) forum, but many who have left the same have never been answered, so I don't have a lot of hope for mine.
Hopefully it will magically reappear soon!

These guys do look like they're having way too much fun :) Love these shots and in B&W!!!
Yep, Followers box is empty off and on, then off again. I assume it will be fixed, as others seem to be having the same issues.
Happy weekend to you!

Those guys look so similar to a group of guys I saw performing when I was in NYC last summer. How fun!

They do look like they're having fun!

My followers disappeared for a couple of days, and so did other people's, but mine are back now. I hope yours are, too!

Now, some people are having difficulty commenting; this seems to be a rough streak for blogger!

What great characters! I love these shots in B&W too...when the post came up in my reader I thought it would be a post about an old street photographer...great shots Christy!
