Item number 82 on the long list of things I love about my husband...He never complains that I am constantly stopping to take pictures when we are walking somewhere. Even when I make him pose for a shadow portrait on a busy corner of 8th Avenue in Chelsea.
I am musing about shadows over at Mortal Muses today. I hope you will join me over there and say hello. Have a great week everybody!

wonderful, what a nice hubbie you have!
Great shot! (and what a lovely husband).
xx
Waiting while I take ump-teen photos of x,y or z is on my list of things I love about my partner as well. Especially when it happens to be him! Love shadow shot, I'm a little obsessed with shadows at the moment so this shot has made my morning.
You do the best shadow shots!!! I love your colorful shadow at Mortal Muses! xo tam
I agree!! It wasn't on my list of things to find in a partner but what a great bonus! ;)
Love your shot!
The lines in this photo add so much visual interest - I really like it.
Nice shot today. Love your blog.
My husband does the same, and I am always so grateful for that. This winter he has helped carry tripods and camera equipment in some of the worst winter conditions, and never once complained. We are very lucky indeed!!
aw, I like this photo. Mark rolls his eyes at me but that's about it, haha :)
Aww, a great hubby and an amazing photo.
The shadows vs. the lines in the crosswalk really make this shot. Glad you found the right guy!
Great POV chica! It makes the mind linger longer because the lines are not just in the road but in the shadows themselves.
Great shot.
I love this portrait. I'm totally going to try this with my hubby too.
Your blog is awesome - I just came across it today and mow I am following! Please take a look at mine, too!
