Sugar and Spoon

At our Slice of Life Project this week we are focusing on composition and creativity in our everyday rituals and routines. I love my morning coffee. I drink it black, with just a touch of raw sugar.

Confession time.  I have a terrible habit of borrowing cute little spoons from restaurants.  Somehow they end up in my bag at the end of the meal.  I mean, they have so many utensils at these places...they aren't going to miss just this one, right?  I love this tiny spoon with the textured handle.  I keep it in my big jar of raw sugar and use it every morning.

And for the Simplicity photo challenge this week--food--I am going to say that sugar is food.  I mean, it is energy right?

These pictures are beautiful - the second one has really shows off the decoration of the teaspoon. And now the big question, how many teaspoons have gotton 'lost' in your bag?

Wonderful shots - as usual...and I love your confession. I always feel guilty doing that kinda thing but it makes me smile that you bring them to a new home!
